How is my first gaming pc?

Solution
Gets you a better GPU, more storage, and better RAM. I also changed the PSU to a better quality brand. The motherboard I chose will be much better for overclocking, but before you overclock, upgrade the CPU cooler first:

get a different motherboard. the 760g north bridge in the gigabyte motherboard you picked is not good for FX chips at all (im not sure its even supported). You would be better off with a 970g chipset, where the motherboards are good for FX processors right out of the box, and are only a few bucks more expensive.

All in all though, looks good :) The 8320 is great, and that case is nice :)

Alright, the ram there is only a single unit, you are going to want 2x 4gb units for duel channel (Yes it helps), For 15$ ish more dollars you can get a 1tb HDD, though you may want to think about a SSD (Makes a huge difference). The extra fan really isn't necessary unless you plan to OC your system. And I think you should spend a little more money on a better Motherboard. Just my input.
Edit: My Rebuild: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2IGgh
And one more thing, if your budget allows it try to get a 770 2gb card.
