Im looking for a processor that can go more than 3.0GHz. My budget is under 100$. Maybe find also a motherboard, doesnt matter if its mini atx or atx for maybe under 65$

I dont want to overclock like my bro said cause its a risky thing. I just dont want to do it its my bros parts still and thats also a reason why I want to buy my own parts
