does it still occur when the video card is at default speed?

Many times BSOD and restarts are from bad RAM, or overclocked, or incorrectly configured RAM.
Also, some SSDs that need new firmwares cause this.
Also, its a sign of a PSU that is dying. Usually no BSOD, just restarts from that one.

All is fine when im just on the internet rightnow when i doesnt use my GPU much and when i play i close the game i go to google chrome then BSOD appears , i build the pc 2 weeks ago i didnt overclock anyting and my ram is ok..
I had a other PSU before but that burned out and then i buyed the corsair when i started my pc first time with new PSU i had the option to repair my windows i ignored that because before it was all okay i thought it was only an error or someting like that..

I don't think we'll be able to tell you what the problem is without any more information.
Next time the BSOD happens could you make a note of what the error message it gives you is? It might be able to tell us what is causing the crashes.

you should be able to tell the computer to keep the blue screen up by right clicking on my computer, selecting properties, and clicking on the Advanced tab, then click on the settings button under the Startup and recovery box (should be the third one), and unticking Automatically restart, then press ok.

cdd.dll = Canonical Display Driver
make sure you have the windows 7 service pack and the various updates.

I assume you have the new graphics drivers.

My guess is you have relatively current graphics drivers and a corrupt or out of date windows cdd.dll driver

you can start cmd.exe as a admin
and run the command
sfc.exe /scannow <-- this will check for and fix corrupt windows core operating system files using a hidden backup copy

if your system is up to date, place the memory dump file on a public cloud server like skydrive, with public access and I will take a quick look at it for you.

explain how you fixed cdd.dll and win32.sys dll?

the photo really is not much help, I would have to look at the memory crash dump file that has a copy of your drivers and system config in it. if you place it on a public server i can look at it in the debugger.

I would put the memory crash dump on a public server of i know how to xd
I did a Scheduled scan and it fixed the win32.sys and for cdd.dll i foun a fix on the internet before 2 days i didnt even remembered how it works xd

you want to fix system files by running the system file check utility
sfc.exe /scannow

if you simply replace the broken or corrupted files the system will replace your copy with the copy it has hidden in its driver store on your machine. typically this is done after a reboot and you get back to the same place you were when you started. you have to fix the copy in the driver store on the local machine. Various windows updates and service packs will install and update the file and correctly install them into the driver store for you. Often the issue will go away after the updates.

windows 8.x uses the
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
command to fix the issue with a corrupted file in the driverstore
window 7 you have to do a different command but I don't recall the name (sorry, been too long)

to put the memory.dmp on a public server you just need to set up a free google doc or free microsoft skydrive account
and copy the file from your c:\windows\minidump\memory.dmp location to your public folder on the account.
then paste in a link in a the forum to get to the file

you are using a very old version of windows with current ATI graphics drivers
basicaly the old version of the desktop window manger is trying to use your graphics card and had a bug.
I think it was related to aero interface, it was fixed years ago but you need to install the service pack and all the updates or
turn off the hardware acceleration by stopping the service if you really want to not update your system

service name: Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service

you can disable the service, see below or problem should go away with after your windows system files are fully updated

http://computerstepbystep.com/desktop_window_manager_session_manager_service.html

Solution
I would update window, there have been hundreds (or thousands) of bug fixes over the years.
I would only disable the service if I hit this problem often and could not update for some reason.
