I am mining crypto currencies and plan on leaving my PC on 24/7. My graphics card (660 ti) is always at around 98% GPU usage and 65 - 68 Celcius. Is it ok to leave my computer running all day 24/7 at these temperatures or will I cause permanent damage? Thanks.

Solution
Other than wear-and-tear on your moving parts,(fans hdds) you should have no problem with using the pc constantly.
Most damage to the electronics is caused by either overheating-which you won't be doing, or from high temperature variations, say heating a card up to 70 degrees then cooling it repeatedly.(however you need to do this ALOT to damage the card)
You should be fine.

Solution
Yes, it's safe, as long as the temperatures are low enough - like yours. In fact, shutting down and restarting causes more damage than running continuously, according to some theories. Personally, I shut down my computer at home every night but I never shut down the one at work. Both are still fine, no issues.

I use the Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO. While idle at night, I've seen it get down to 20 Celsius.

How cool is the room? You cant get lower than ambient temps on air... If you do then it is reading the sensor wrong..
