Thats a really nice build. I would get rid of the cpu cooler and spend the extra money on getting a semi or fully modular psu. PSU IS REALLY IMPORTANT. The stock cpu cooler is really good and should keep your cpu cooler. I have 4770 and under load I get around ~35 celcius Thats nice that there is a micro center store near you, really makes prices cheaper

The stock cooler sucks compared to the CM 212 EVO.
I know this isnt giving you a $900 build but you should seriously think about saving another $200 or so. Games will start being made in 64 bit, with mods added on you might want to think about 16GB of RAM. GPU with more than 2GB RAM, which should start to become more common as Maxwell gets released.
As for the PSU, Corsair makes decent PSUs but I would stay away from the CX series. Seasonic USA makes the best PSUs hands down.
