My laptop is running a lot slower then it used to.

And when I watch videos it skips and stuff, it never uses to do that before.

I had already ran malawarebytes and I don't have a virus.....

good advice from the previous posts.malwarebytes wont find everything,you need a av/antimalware plan for your computer.first a good antivirus (avast).secondly malwarebytes (preferably pro version).third a good firewall.with some common sense the windows firewall is plenty good.that having been said we can move on to the other factor in computer slowdowns. housekeeping.how often do you do a disk cleanup.from win7 on the windows disk cleanup is a very good tool.be careful of registry cleaners as most can do more harm than good.ccleaner is as good as any but be sure to back up the registry when requested to do so.here are some links to other tools to cleanup your computer.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwclean same thing,run the scan and get rid of anything it comes up with.

this should get you going.post the logs from these two scans and advise how your system is running.
