This is my first pc build, and I'm in need of help choosing a motherboard.
These are my specs:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130840

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171068
and I haven't decided on how much RAM i want but I'm thinking about 8gb DDR3(or would that not be good enough?)

I'm going to be using the pc primarily for gaming, and I don't know which motherboard would be better for the specs shown above. I'm sorta on a budget, and while one looks higher quality, its also about $40 more expensive.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293 heres the cheaper one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157329
which do you think would be better for my money? or can the second one even handle the specs?

Solution
The extra $40 gets you PCI-E x1, ability to do SLI, eSATA, better audio, better network card, better overclocking.

I think it's worth it, especially with the "k" CPU and the cooler - if you are interested in overclocking.
