Upgrading current PC

Hello! I was wondering if I can/should upgrade this Pre-Built computer or if I should just make a new one from scratch? These are the specs to the computer: Link

I would think that upgrading the pc would be less work and cost less, but I'm not sure so that's why I'm asking you guys (people who have more knowledge than I) if you have any comments on this subject please leave it below.

would prob start with the mobo - most prebuilts have a locked BIOS, will prob be able to use your current case, drives and maybe the DRAM and CPU to get started, then can move on to a better CPU, then prob PSU (most prebuilts have cheap and just enough power to get by PSUs) then on to GPU and DRAM
