Build myself just looking to what u guys think I should improve and if it should overclock my cpu or buy a better one

First of all it is the older APU's and really we can not recommend with out budget and knowing what it is getting used for.
Since it is already built you can OC the CPU and get a stronger GPU.

The videocard is OK, but the CPU/Motherboard is dated. You could probably buy a better cpu and motherboard for $300, and move to a cheap FX or i5.

The Powersupply and RAM should be fine to carry over as well.

If you can do this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mo27 and sell your GTX650 and go for a better card like R9 270 you would be good with approx $300 out of pocket. Currently with what you got you could go HD7850 or GTX650Ti boost and overclock current CPU for less.

Thanks guys I only recently bought my gpu which now seems like I should of got a better one but other than that should I upgrade my mother board or cpu first or just buy new motherboard n oc my cpu n get a better coolin system

I would say change motherboard and CPU no benefit from just changing the board.
