I have an IBM PC that will not start, brief spin on the PSU fan (seconds) and then nothing.
Tested the PSU and all was ok - swapped it out anyway - still the same problem.
Removed the RAM and everything comes to life but obviously does not boot (no RAM) - post beeps are 1-3-3-1 - Replaced RAM - still the same problem.
Safe to assume the MOBO is kaput or is there something else to test for?
