I need a hackintosh build only for minecraft, maybe I'll play more games like NBA 2K games and GTA IV. nothing big. I have install discs for os x already but I dont have a monitor. This PC is mainly for recording Minecraft with no Shaders. I need about 100 or 150 fps.

You can run Minecraft on Ubuntu. Linux is free and requires far less effort to set up. 13.10 is very stable from my experience.
