Alright tell me what you think of this, let me know if you think this is all compatible and easy to work with. I am also waiting for the Geforce GTX 800 series instead of a Titan and a hopeful 4k G-Sync monitor, unless they don't come and happen to be below my $4,000 budget. If there is anything you think would be better let me know? Or even make a whole another build for me that is under $4,000? I want this to be a great gaming experience. Thanks for the help!

Oh and by the way, I may or may not be getting this set-up at the end of this year or the end of next year, so I will be updating this about every quarter of the year or so, please keep recommending to me. This will be my first Gaming Build! So I am a newbie.

Solution
No, the memory choice is just silly, sorry.

If you want 32 GB, get a better RAM in a 32 GB kit. It's not best practice to mix DDR3, even two different kits of the same type. Don't take the risk on a 6K computer setup.

Also, that motherboard supports up to 2800Mhz RAM and you are only using 1600. You can get 2400 4x8 kits for less money than two bad 1600 mhz 16GB kits. There is absolutely no reason to pick that RAM unless you want to spend more money and get less for it.

This kit is cheaper, and it's faster:

The only downside is the higher voltage, which makes little to no difference.
Buying two memory kits of 8 seems weird.

Why not get a 32 GB kit instead?

The Titan also doesn't perform as well as the 780 ti, and the 780 is cheaper.

I'd also go with Windows 8.1 over 7 for this build. It does run a little faster at the end of the day.

1200W is a bit overkill as well, unless you are planning on getting two or three GPU's in SLI.

here's my rebuild: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2IS2V

I think I would rather buy 2 16GB kits, but if you can convince me why I should go 32 GB kit?

I know, Titan was just a price refrence, I'm waiting to update it to a Geforce 800 series when available (at least my future build information)

Yes 1200W is overkill, what do you recommend? 700w?

I have Windows 7 owned already so that's what it will have, I prefer it too. Windows 9 supposedly to come out next year April, and that's probably when I will actually spend this $4,000

#1 Two sticks of 1600 mhz RAM are more expensive that the 2400 Mhz 32 kit in mylink.

#2 The 8xx will probably be cheaper than the Titan, more in range with the 780.

#3 If you are not overclocking, a Gold or Platinum certified 650 would be sufficient.

#4 Windows 9 and the 8xx GTX series are just rumors. Especially with Windows 9, I wouldn't put much hope in that being truthful. It took three years to go from Vista to 7, and it took 5 years from XP to Vista.
8.1 just came out this year alongside Server 2012 R2. It would be too expensive for their corporate clients to ditch the new Server OS and move on already, I wouldn't expect Windows 9 for a few more years. They already announced another major 8.1 update, and 8.2 will come eventually. "Windows 9" sounds more like a patch than anything. The plan as to create one OS for all devices, and I highly doubt they are moving away from that. Even the Xbox One looks like Windows 8.
The truth is, Windows Vista is version 6.0, Windows 7 is version 6.1 and Windows 8 is version 6.2
Other than the interfaces, they are more or less the same OS with all the patches and security updates rolled and a smoothed out. 8 is only better, simply because it requires less patching to be where Windows 7 is today. The task manager is also a god-send for IT.
Windows 9 will most likely be 6.3 and be no different from the others.

If the build is for gaming you don't need i7 and you don't need 32gb it's just way too overkill. 780 ti much better than Titan 1200w psu again overkill. Here is a one I build see if you like I can make it much cheaper but it doesn't seem money is an issue for you :)

I updated my build, but I think my memory choice is alright for now I have a year to wait anyway. And I suppose you are right about that Windows 9 thing, I may decide on Windows 8 when it comes around for me actually building this machine.

Thanks for the input! I don't know if I should close this and choose solved, because this will be purchased at the end of this year so there will be updates, should I just have this as solved and then make a new one every quarter of the year? Thanks again!

I would say he should save money and not even bother with 32gb there is just no need for that kind of ram and it's up to you if you wanna mark it as solved if you got your questions answered then choose solved and hopefully we helped you :)
