Thanks guys. But for some reason I get quite a bit of discount when buying Asus products because I...
So when I actually get things from Asus the price range is considerably well
I always do a lot of 3D modelling and photo edit so 4770 is not really for me
What about 4820k
I also need an extreme mobo for a lot of over clocking and since I get discount RIVE black is good for me
I will not be interested with AMD or Xeon

In that case.

-Used as much Asus as I could.
-No need for extra thermal compound. The CPU cooler already comes with some.
-A high end CPU cooler like this Phanteks cools just as well as the H100i, perhaps a few Celsius off, but it's cheaper, quieter, and has no risk of leaking. The only con is that it doesn't look as well as a CLC.
-Bigger HDD at a cheaper price.
-I would rather recommend a single card over an instant SLI set-up. A single GTX 780 ti can already max out anything at 1440p. Also gives you room to SLI in the future when the 780 ti starts to get old.
-Opted for a bigger psu for future SLI as this build is going to take A LOT of power.
-No need for blu-ray drive.

Now I removed the keyboard and mouse for a reason. First off, the keyboard. You're paying way too much for a rubber dome keyboard. You can get a higher quality mechanical keyboard for less. That Mad Catz keyboard is trying way too hard to appeal to their customers. You should do more research on mechanical keyboards and figure out which switch you prefer. At this price point, I would not recommend any rubber dome boards.

For the mice, the R.A.T. 7 is a left-handed mouse. Are you left-handed? I have no clue, so I left that out for now.

Is this a better build for the price and should I go with 2 gtx 780s?
I have reconsidered about the keyboard so thanks again for advice

Go with socket LGA 2011 since you do a lot of 3D modeling.
The Corsair Dominators are stupidly overpriced. You can get a 16gb ram kit at the same specs for half the price.
Do you really need a blu-ray driver? If you really need it, then you could most definitely go with a $50 one like this: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-optical-drive-bc12b1stblkbas

I guess the most important thing is to change the processor and motherboard since the extra 2 cores and 4 threads of socket LGA 2011 will definitely help you out.
