I think I have a missing capacitor. Is this really bad?

I got this PC from PC repair, but I noticed that there is a spot where a capacior sat. Is this a very bad thing or is it okay to continue unsing the PC. I have been using it since December and it hasn't failed me yet, I am using it right now. I am sure there was a capasitor there because I had a motherboard that is exactly the same, but 6 capacitors are bulging I have 2 pics. They are the same, but the second one circles the area. These pictures were uploaded to Ubuntuone which is my online storeage account, so there is no viruses or anything.

Solution
if there was ever a capacitor there it would be apparent as you would see solder marks or some sign one was installed.it is not likely there was ever one there as that would create an open in the circuit.to think you have the exact same motherboard and actually having it are two different things.what is the pn of both boards? conjecture will serve no one here. do you have a better pic perhaps from both sides of the board?
