I changed the build up to include some higher quality parts. You should at least change to the psu I listed, then perhaps the ram and video card. The motherboard is optional.

I picked a micro ATX as it was the cheapest i could find with the features i wanted and thanks for your feedback

Can I just ask how big would the benifits be from using the radeon hd 7870 over the 7790
and thanks for your feedback

thanks for your advice and will probably play games like battlefield 3 & 4, dirt 3 at 1280x720 I think but i'm not too bothered about getting ultra/high settings i'm fine with low
