Processor heating up when i placed my new graphic card

i bought a new graphic card and as soon as i placed my card on the board my processor is heating up really fast... its reaching 70degrees and keep on going increasing.. what should i do

My pc config is

Amd fx8350 8 core processor
Asus M5a97 le2.0 Motherboard
Sappire hd 7950 3gb vapor-x graphic card
coolermaster gx2 750watt smps
corsair 4gb 1333mhz Ram

please help me...

Is the cooler on the CPU running while this is happening?
Other than that, I`m not sure how the GPU would affect another AMD CPU with no integrated graphics...

u mean my processor fan ? ya it was working and i also bought a water cooler but i havent placed it but does it usually get this high because when i use other cards i wont get this high... underload my gpu will hit almost 60-65c and my process will hit almost 90+ i didnt made it work further cause im worried tht ill damage it :(
