My monitor shows a black screen and my taskbar is missing when I start my computer, have to wait long time for it to show up

It starts and everything is black in colour, after about 1 minute everything starts to show up, anyone call explain?

I would say you have problem with: OS, GPU, Monitor.
Try different GPU. If problem still exists, then go for monitor. Probably you have bad capacitors.
