My computer turned off on me randomly for about 4 times , so I got mad and downloaded SpeedFan to monitor my temperatures
I purposely ran 3 games and my GPU easily pass it (with ~45C) but my CPU fail (skyrocket ~100C)
I noticed that 2 seconds after the SpeedFan showed one of my CPU Core went to 95-100degreeC , my PC just automatically shut down by itself w/o rebooting itself up like other people cases
So my guess of what I should do now is - replace my stock AMD heatsink+fan ? (Yes I've been using the AMD stock heatsink+fan the whole time :( freaking loud and noisy)
Specs :
AMD FX8120 Eight-Core 3.10Ghz
16GB RAM
EVGA 660Ti 2GB Memory
Window 7 Ultimate 64bit
2 Monitors
Had this PC for almost a year
Please leave your expert suggestions ! Big Thank You ! :D

Solution
There are a number of things you can do.
1) Clean the fan with a can of compressed air to remove all of the dust that can cause increased temperatures.
2) Replace the thermal paste. Clean off the old paste with isopropyl alchol (75-90%) and a lint free material (coffee filters/qtips) and apply some new thermal paste (AS5, MX4, just my preferences) using the pea method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hNgFNH7zhQ
3) Replace the heatsink as you suggested. Generally I would advise you do this anyway since the stock heatsink isn't great. A good budget option is the CM Hyper 212 EVO, it's very popular and very effective. If you want to go a bit higher end you could look at a Noctua NH-D14 or even a Corsair H100i (if you're interested in water...

Make sure there's ample space in your case for an aftermarket cooling solution.
