I have tried to locate files that I can delete but to be honest im terrified of deleting stuff I shouldn't be.
Even when I think I may of deleted things, download will still not work. the run/save button just freezes.
I have seen there are some huge files in the depths of my pc but again,, how do I know if I can delete them. A lot of them I have noticed will not open to delete, that's another thing.
error codes I get too.. then I try to download to find out what the error codes are and again told I cannot download due to disk full! Just going round in circles.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Well, we will hardly be able to tell you whether you can delete certain files unless you provide more details about the files you would like to delete. That being said, you should delete nothing from the Windows or Program Files folder unless you know what you are doing. You can, however, use the official Uninstall functionality in Windows to delete applications you no longer need. And of course, you can always get a bigger hard disk, what with the prices for hard disks having become so low.
