Get a business license
Trademark your name
Get a bunch of stickers or little meal plates made up
Build PC's
Sell them

The words lawyer and insurance should go in there somewhere.

Pretty much.

You'll want some customer support, insurance, etc. first though.

Yes, I can bring customer support and most of the hardware came with insurance. I'm trying to go with custom PCs. Just want to know how to use my brand legally.

By insurance, we mean insurance for the business. In case you get sued for something.

The issue with insurance also relates to people saying 'Oh waily waily! Your computer crashed my server/destroyed my surge protector/whatever'.

It's not necessarily correct, but someone could try and sue you.

Also, warranty is not the same as insurance.

If you incorporate you will be somewhat shielded from person liability suits. Incorporating is relatively inexpensive.
