Any suggestions for Mid-End water coolers?

I like my Antec Kuhler 920, keeps my 8120 @ 4.0 under full load 45C (i could keep it lower but thats what i have it set to never exceed 45c and it has no problems nor does it sound like a jet engine taking off)

Or looking into it antec makes another i believe its newer because i didn't see this one when i bought mine but worth checking out since its around the same price:

My friend has a Cooler Master Seidon 120M which keeps the CPU at 40-ish and the Seidon 120M is cheaper too.Should I get that or there is downsides on the Seidonj 120M?

I've personally only used the antec kuhler 920. All in all looking between the specs of the 2 the antec kuhler 920 is better. Higher CFU, lower noise, and a few other things. BUT downside is its twice the price....so its up to you i love my kuhler 920.
