I have been using my sandisk ssd for 6 months now, not a single problem, working perfectly, then woke up this morning, turned the computer on and BOOM. bios will not detect the ssd, ive changed the sata port, the sata cable, i read that leaving it on with power cable on for 30mins then plug the date cable in may work, but it didnt.

any suggestions?

Ahhhh the joys of early SSD adoption. Although they have been around for awhile I guess. Ra_V_en is correct, its likely dead. Fortunately its still under warranty. Unlike traditional drives, SSDs die dead forever with probably zero notice of errors.

My sandisk ssd died after 6 months and I RMAd it. One day my computer froze and had to hold in the power button. After that Windows wouldn't boot so I went into BIOS and it wasn't recognized. They won't send the replacement until they get yours so I hope you have another drive to use in the meantime.
