hey guys! i know how to install a graphic card but i dont know if i need to unistall my old card's drivers before i install the new card or i can install the card and install the new drivers without unistalling the old driver? :S

Solution
Okay you have to remove the AMD Catalyst from the computer, restart and then you can install the GPU. Download and install the latest Nvidia drivers for the new GPU from Nvidia website, don't use the CD for installing Driver

If you are using the same type of GPU as the replacement for eg: Nvidia or radeon, its not required to uninstall drivers. You can just update the drivers from website. If you are installing the opposite, yes you should remove gpu drivers and then put gpu, install new drivers and then restart PC

You can check the control panel under add/remove programs or uninstall a program, over there you will have AMD Catalyst if you are using Amd based processor. If Nvidia you will see the name of Nvidia over there, like Nvidia drivers geforce drivers, etc.

What GPU are you having? To what are you upgrading?
