The inno3d ichill GTX 780 is like more than a $1000, i would not spend that much for a graphics card personally, so id go for a gigabyte GTX 780 and btw all the GTX 780 have the same specs and limits, unless the manufacturer puts some better cooling
I would suggest you to go with EVGA GTX 780 with ACX Cooling, it is comparatively better than Gigabyte or I would suggest ASUS, it has super alloy for all its components in GPU. The number of CUDA cores are less in Gigabyte and the cooling tech is not upto the mark when you compare ASUS and EVGA
