Why does my computer don't reboot when I enable the XMP profile for my RAM in BIOS?

When I enable the XMP profile in the BIOS my computer don’t reboot and make long bip noise and then asking to change the BIOS setting to default to start the computer. So I am unable to run the RAM at 1600 MHz. Am i doing something wrong or is there something i am missing..? Plz help…

Intel i3 3220
