i can not see the clear image or video from the down,up or leftt and right

Look up what the viewing angle of an Lcd screen is.

Old Lcd screens do not have a good angle of view.
This is because of the quality of the screen.
And what we call the polarizing sheets used internally do direct light vertically and horizontal across the screen.

The solution is to buy a new monitor with a wider viewing angle.
