ASUS X79-Deluxe, i7-4960X, Corsair 100i, 32GB G.Skill F3-14900CL10Q, 1000W, GTX780 3GB GPU, WD Black 2TB HDD, 4x WDBlack 4 TB HDD, WIn7 Pro, NZXT Full tower. Video processing is slow, and I have the AISuite set on Performance. What am I missing? All BIOS and Drivers are updated.
I guess I am loking for performance tweeks, and overclocking advice.

As whitecat pointed out, an SSD is conspicuous by its absence on such a high-end build.

I don't know that its lack is slowing down your processing though. Dig around in task manager and the performance monitor and see if you can determine what your bottleneck is: are all the CPU cores near 100%? Then you don't have enough processor power (here come the dual Xeon's woo-hoo). Is the app that is processing the video page faulting a lot? Then you need more memory. Is the disk activity high while the CPU is low? Then you are disk I/O bound and that SSD will do wonders.
