If you are using stock Intel fan cooler then yes. If you plan to overclock that CPU, I highly recommend that you get an aftermarket cooler. You really do not want to go beyond 80C on a CPU. High temps will reduce efficiency, cause crashes, and shorten the lifespan of the CPU. Very common and cost-effective cooler would be a Cooler Master 212 EVO. $25-30 ($20 with a rebate sometimes). Should allow for mild overclocking.
