If you plan on just gaming, 8GB of RAM is more than adequate.

Also, for gaming on a single monitor at 1080p then a single GTX770 will handle even the most demanding games with a very playable frame rate. If you have that kind of budget going towards just GPUs, then you're better off just buying a single 780Ti for cheaper or a GTX 690.

The NZXT Phantom case is a full-size case which is great for multi graphic cards builds. If you went with an SLI setup then I recommend getting a motherboard that is an EATX form factor to better fit the Phantom and accomodate more than one graphic card. Otherwise, the NZXT 410 is a direct alternative to the Phantom in a mid-tower size case.

So a single 780ti is better than two 770s?

No. Two GTX 770s will outperform a single GTX 780Ti. I'm just saying you'd be better off with a single 780Ti for single monitor gaming and saving yourself a couple hundred dollars. Which in the future could go towards more monitors or another 780Ti.

I never planned to go multi monitor because I wanted resources to be directed to my 3D rendering, Video editing and ofcourse games.
