Hi guys. I made a stupid mistake of removing my current power supply and trying to install a new one. My new one didnt fit so i installed my default on back in. Im pretty sure i plug everything in the right place. When i turn on my computer it tells me to Reboot and select proper booting device. What should i do?

So i messed around with the settings and i got a new message. The current BIOS settings do not fully support the boot device. Go to advance> boot> csm parameters and adjust the CSM setting to enable the boot device

First check to see that the power and data connections to the hard drive are correct. Remove and reconnect the cables just to be sure they are all the way into their sockets. If you disconnected the HDD when you were working on the system, check to be sure that the data connection is in the same place (SATA header) that it was originally. Try booting into the bios and reselect the boot order making sure the HDD with your OS is shown.

Sorry im a total noob. What is SATA header and HDD?

you might have messed with something in the BIOS, resetting it somehow? if you know the 20/24pin and the 8 pin are BOTH connected to the motherboard (ATX power cables) then boot into BIOS, and change the boot priority to the HDD with your operating system (windows?) installed on it..

do you know how to boot into the BIOS?
