Recently, my home-built computer has been "freezing" or "stalling". It acts as if it had crashed, but if I wait about 2-5 minutes it will unfreeze and resume what it's doing. It can happen in the most random of times, but most notably when it's under medium-heavy load. An example of what happens is such:
If I go to a YouTube link, my computer can freeze for about 3 minutes, but then resume the video after it unfreezes as if nothing had happened.
Another instance is when I'm gaming. I can be playing any of my games and it can disconnect. If I'm playing an online game (I.E League of Legends) it will disconnect me from the servers, but will eventually reconnect me after it unfreezes.

It happens so randomly, and I can't pin down where the problem is. I originally thought it was a problem with Steam, for anytime I would try to install something, or play a game through Steam, it would freeze. But then it started happening even when Steam was fully closed.

I have ruled it out (but not completely) memory problems. I ran several Memtests for 8+ hours, and they all found no errors.
I have ruled out a HDD error. I ran the native Windows 7 Disk Check several times and nothing came up.
I have ruled out Registry errors. I ran CCleaner and cleaned up everything. Problems persisted still.
I have ruled out PSU issues. I bought a new power supply, and problems persisted.
I have ruled out (but not completely) CPU problem. I reseated, and put a fresh coat of thermal-cooling paste, and problems persisted.
I have ruled out (but not completely) my graphics card. I have reseated it several times, and problems persisted.

This "freezing" issue started happening about 3 weeks ago, and I'm not sure what caused it.

My Rig Specs:
Windows 7-64 Bit

If anyone can help me solve this issue I would be extremely grateful!
