After about a month of research I'm about to make an attempt at my first ever custom built pc. You guys have been a lot of help and I really appreciate you taking the time to help me when I needed it. With the current promo's on some of the items for my build I believe I'm going to make the purchase today. I would buy it piece by piece when better prices come along but I'm afraid that if some of the parts are DOA, I won't be able to test them before newegg's 30 days is up. Could anyone take one last look at my build and let me know if there is anything you would change?

Yep, your build is good, but you dont really need to spend so much for a case. Better is to save some money and spend it for a quality PSU. CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($189.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($86.47 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($339.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ Microcenter)

That build here is probably the best you can get for 1050$. Also i reduced the ram speed because the voltage is a little bit too much for that procesor. The PCPARTPICKER is saying this at the bottom :). I hope i helped.

Thank you for your help! I should of noticed that on pcpartpicker about the memory. I put it together on newegg and then used partpicker so I could could provide a link for others to see my build. Is it a lot nicer to have a fully modular cpu or not really matter too much?
