I am going to assume that your case looks like this: http://images.highspeedbackbone.net/skuimages/large/T71...
If so, it can take any full height PCIe X16 gfx card. But with the stock power supply that comes with the PC, you will be limited on the power of the card you can get. This is the most powerful card (HD 7750) I would recommend with the OEM power supply: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_p_n_condition-type_0?...

They should all have DVI output.
Do you have a budget?
Do you want this for gaming?

Is this the same as your recommendation? I am also looking to upgrade this graphics card. Same specs.

Should I also look into upgrading the power supply? If so, where do I start?

Basically it is the same card, yes. The PowerColor Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express Video Card is a good choice for systems with a small power supply. I have run a low profile HD 7750 on a HTPC with a so-called "300W" PSU that had 2 tiny +12V rails:
+12V1 = 13A
+12V2 = 7A
And this was with a 65W Athlon II X2 270. It performed nicely and didn't seem to have any power issues playing games. What is your PSU's make/model, and what processor will you be using?

This is just a basic work PC. No gaming graphics card required. I'm really just after the most affordable card I can get.

Thank you in advance for your support and feedback.

If gaming isn't a necessity, here they are in order of lowest to highest cost. These all fit the PCIe X16 slot. Just be sure your case allows for a full sized card and not limited to a half-height (low-profile) card.

I will have to check the case. Looking to upgrade the card because some Steam games are lagging a bit. Most of the time this machine is used to play games like Minecraft, or Insomnia.

That was directed at the OP. It gets confusing when you hi-jack someone's thread.
