So I got a desktop which is a powerfull rig (in my profile info if u are curious) however i ran into a problem, see my plan was to use my laptop in the university classes and then come home and do the more demanding stuff on my desktop, and get all the stuff i typed there, seemed like a good plan, worked for a while too, however in big classes or when i couldnt get to a batery source i found myself without power after half the day, even in low settings, so i have been thinking that maybe i should get a cheap laptop with good battery life, and my friend suggested i get a netbook, because they are cheap and less expensive than laptops with good battery lives and with more portability 
since i wont be doing much with it other than typing in my classes. So i was wondering what do u guys think?
And i have something else to ask, if i get one it will be in about 6months:
1- What brands/models should i look at?
2- How much should i be looking on spending?
3- Do you guys have netbook experience u can share? I am a gamer but this will be one pc i wont game on just media and school stuff (Youtube and maybe some movies on the go, and a lot of word processing, maybe even some excell stuff)
PS i am from portugal so if u could not talk about models that arent coming to Europe idd apreciate it
