Is this a solid gaming pc for mmorpgs?

I'm building a computer over on CyberPowerPC and wanted to know if this is a good setup for gaming? I'm mainly going to be using it to play mmorpgs like guildwars 2 and WoW not any new AAA titles. I have a xbox one for any of those.

Mostly yes, but there are two things I believe you should improve. First and foremost is the PSU. The Corsair "CX" line is made by CWT (not Seasonic), and uses some inferior Samxon capacitors that do not like heat and tend to fail early. Fine for low-power office builds, I would not put one in a gamer. I'd look for a 550W Seasonic, XFX, or Rosewill Capstone, all made with Japanese capacitors.
Second, I bought an Apevia case once. Once. The design was great, but the materials and workmanship were both pathetic. It was flimsy, a factory drone had put a screw through the power switch wires, and the front panel had a grounding problem, such that if my fluffy cat walked near it, the PC rebooted. I fought with that problem in particular for some three months, before giving up and tossing it into the grabbage. This was around 6-7 years ago, and it was a $70-$80 case.
Otherwise, the CPU and graphics card look well-suited to your purposes. If you'd like to save money, you could get a GTX760 or GTX660Ti and still max GW2 at 1920x1080.

Ooh, budget CM PSUs are not to be trusted. Although their V-series units are made by Seasonic, others are from 2nd or 3rd tier OEMs and tend to review poorly (in some cases, "dismal" is the best way to describe them). XFX PSUs are made by Seasonic, and tend to be relatively inexpensive. Rosewill Capstone are made by Superflower, one of the few companies in Seasonic's league. Most Antec PSUs are decent as well, better ones typically coming from Delta or Seasonic.

Corsair HX or TX PSUs are better than the CX. Many EVGA are decent as well. If they've got the CM V-series, those are Seasonic and would be good. Otherwise, I'd put CM at the bottom of the list, just behind Thermaltake. Some of there more recent models are okay too.
Although it needs to be updated for newer models, you can check here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/power-supply-oem-manufacturer,2913.html and get an idea as to whom each label uses to make their PSUs.
