new build windows 7 bsod page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

ok
i have to boot from a uefi dvd drive, did that and the installation started, windows installed
some files on the disk and then quit the installation and now gives me bsod page fault .
i need to reformat that ssd drive
suggestions?
