just need help trying to find what drivers i need for this Ethernet controller i've been looking but can't seem to find anything :S please help. PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_E0001458&REV_06

From searching I believe that this is a RealTek ethernet card. RTL8411? Try searching for that.

I had a similar unknown device after a re-install, but cleared it up by downloading the Realtek Card Reader Driver from the HP Support site.
