Why do i have a bad performance in battlefield 4?

When i play battlefield 4 on low graphic settings my fps stays in the low 30's sometimes jumps to the 40's. I thought by specs would be good enough for better settings?

CPU: AMD fx-8350
RAM: 8GB (4-2-2)
GPU: XFX r9 270x 2GB

Battlefield has been doing this to a lot of people, its doing it to me, i have an R9 280X and get some bad FPS drops. What i would suggest is putting in on google BF4 low FPS fix, you will find a couple of solutions that might work for you!
