It's an acer aspire 5742 . I don't know what information to include, but CPU usage is usually around 3 - 5% but sometimes it randomly spikes up to 50% or more. There's around 90 processes at any time. It doesn't turn off
After dropping it, the fan made a loud noise so I got a heat repair and fan replacement and it still makes a loud noise off an on, but a different one than the one I heard before the replacement.
I uploaded an audio recording, you hear it at the beginning, then it goes quiet, then at the 12 second mark.
