Hi guys, this is my first post here and wondered whether anyone could help me.

Basically I've been playing quite a few games lately and I've been getting less fps than this card is capable of. BF4 is a big culprit I only get somewhere between 50-65 fps on high settings when other 770s I've seen achieve 80+ on ultra. Many other games go between 50-75 fps (30 on ARMA 3) on high settings. Could my mobo be faulty and affecting my performance?

System specs:
CPU - i5 3570k @ 3.4 ghz
GPU - MSI gtx 770 gaming
Mobo - MSI z77a-g45 gaming
RAM - Corsair XMS3 DDR3 @ 1333mhz
PSU - Coolermaster GX750W http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/gx-series/gx-75...

Any help is appreciated.

How's the air flow in your case? Have you installed the card in the recommended pci-e slot? Have you gotten rid of all unnecessary processes running in the background? They might be using valuable resources while you need them. Are you on 1080p?

The front fan is used as intake, the top one is outtake and the back is outtake, I forgot to add my case is a zalman z11 plus. I had the card in the top PCI-E x16 slot and then moved it to the bottom x16 slot to see if it was the top one making it underperform. I close all cpu intensive apps when I play a game and I play at 1080p (1920x1200)
