Will these components be compatible? Please help.

Hello, I am new to all of this computer stuff and i am building my own custom Gaming Desktop. I put together a list of computer parts i could afford, can you guys look over these and tell me if my computer will run correctly? if at all.

You can't put an AMD processor in that Intel motherboard. Also, you need a more powerful PSU, rated 600W/30A or more.

Replace the CPU with an i5-3570k and the PSU and you've got yourself a great gaming box.

About the PSU: look for a Corsair 600W or 650W, for example.

and if you dont want to switch out your cpu, you can switch out your motherboard for an AM3+ motherboard.

the mobo is for Intel Ivy Bridge , not AMD

I don't think you need that bracket for the SSD. The RAIDMAX Helios specs say 3 x 3.5" HDD / 2.5" SSD Racks.

Yeah, it would. I was just expecting the monitor to come with a DVI cable, they tend to do that these days.

Yes, it's one of the best SSDs around.

TBH I'm getting frustrated here trying to find out if you need that SSD adapter or not. Raidmax keeps saying "racks are available" but doesn't explain if that means included in the package or available to buy separately. I think they are included, i.e. you don't need to buy an adapter, based on this review:

The case is 8.86" wide, the cooler is 6.26" tall, it should fit easily

it is 1.5V DDR3 1600MHz 240pin CAS 9 ?! If so , no problem .i think i recognezed them .
