I have wanted to build a desktop for a while now, and I am kind of a n00b when it comes to computers. I plan on using the desktop for next-gen games, and to run a Minecraft server.

Here's what I'm thinking:

The cpu is pretty bad.
Either u go up and get a 6300 for like 20$+, or u get a 750k for 45$ less which u can invest on a ssd and a aftermarket cooler(CM 212 evo :D)
The 750k MIGHT bottle neck the 760 a bit but if u overclock it abit with the cooler, it should be fine
The hdd is pretty bad too, average RPM should be 7200. But if its mostly for gaming, u will love a 120gb ssd which comes as low as 80$. But u can still upgrade to a baraccuda or WD black with the money u can save on the cpu.
Corsair makes good psu EXCEPT CX series. I suggests a antec hcg or a seasonic/evga

If you can, spend more on the PSU. Its a very important part. Beyond that, go up to the fx6300 I saw it for 10$ less and its a 6 core proc. Also the RAM(not that it really makes much of a difference) I've seen 1833mhz ram for about 10$ more than what you picked. So you may be able to get some 1600 or something for around the same price.
