Alright my network adapter has been acting up recently and i need help figuring out what is the problem but i think it is a driver problem. By the way i have windows 8. If you know please respond

basically a driver got confused and is asking for the same data over and over.

most likely a ethernet card driver, you will have to figure out what card you have, locate a driver and install it.
you can look in control panel in device manager under your network adapter (or wireless adapter) to find its name
then google for new drivers for the brand of ethernet card. Or you can go to your system vendor and look on their website for updated drivers for your machine.
