AMD a6-5400K operating temperature question

Hello,

I have an A6-5400k at stock clocks that idles around 45C and hits just under 80C under load with the stock cooler. Is this normal? Just in case my build info may be relevant, I'll list it out:

Case: Rosewill FBM-01
GPU: Asus R7-240
Mobo: MSI FM2-A55M-E33
PSU: Antec VP-450
2 120mm intake fans (one in front, one on side where the window is supposed to be)
1 92mm exhaust fan

When playing games like Tera online or Firefall, the GPU tops out at around 40C, while the CPU sits steady at around 75-77C and peaks at around 85C (as measured by speccy and HWMonitor).

If this isn't normal, are there any suggestions out there for lowering the temps or suggestions on a good air CPU cooler I can get other than the hyper 212 evo but still under $50? They're hard to come by in stores and purchasing online for me is slightly difficult at the moment.

Thanks!

It shouldn't be that high. The cheapest option would be to reapply the thermal paste as its likely thats whats causing it. The TX3 or whatever the newer model of that is also a good option. Theres various knock offs of the hyper 212 evo just with different fans, might have to look around a bit.

Do you think this cooler

would be good enough? I do plan on doing a slight oc up to roughly 4ghz once my heat problem is solved. Also, if I get this specific one, I plan on getting a matching pair of fans to replace the oem one.
