Best parts i can get for gaming for $2000-$2500 NZD

Hello.

I am planing on building a computer over the next month and am going to be using it for gaming.
I only have around $2000 - $2500. NZD ($1600 - $2000 US)
But i will need everything including a 7.1 surround sound, sound card
also in the budget i need to fit in a monitor
I would like to be able to play Terra rising and DayZ on "high" setting and get good frame rate
I will need a bunch of ram as-well for I render out a lot of video
