I'm having problems with installing or uninstalling any programs. I'm running Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. Any time I try to install or uninstall a program my system acts like its doing it but after a while a window will pop up saying the program has stopped responding. I have tried starting it in safe mode and ran Malwarebytes and Avast to see if I have a virus and nothing is detected. I've also tried to install and uninstall in safe mode but when I do it says I cant install or uninstall because the service to do that isn't running in safe mode. Can someone who has had this problem or knows how to fix this problem please help. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
