Is this a serious request or just a "what if" drill? A system of this magnitude is WELL beyond the price point of 99+% of users, even considering high end users.

A custom motherboard design comes at a custom cost. How many such systems/motherboards are you looking for?

If serious, you should contact the motherboard vendors/OEMs, like Foxconn, Gigabyte, Asus, MSI, etc.

Also, you have asked about this before (or very similar to this request). Please explain.

For now it is an "what if" I got 32 minutes late for support so might as well ask a 24/7 forum. All i need is a quote on how much this MIGHT cost. I am doing a comparison to the CoreMC Gen3 Tower

So, you want to price a custom motherboard vice a comparable $54+K system? If you can afford that, why not buy the CoreMC Gen3?

If you want to have a custom motherboard built, you do need to contact a motherboard OEM/vendor.

What the heck do you intend to do with this mega-super-computer?

One if you had the money to afford one and have enough left over to live on, would you? Two, I like doing this while I am bored. I try to re-build computers on pcpartpicker for cheaper then they sell it for. I might be able to propose it to my school or other schools as a school wide server instead of individual computers with limited space.

That config would be overkill for nearly any server environment, including all but the most advanced school/university computer science programs conducting advanced modelling and simulations or in a professional video/audio environment.

No, I would not spend that kind of money on such a system. It would be pointless to have such a system for any sort of individual user. In a business, educational, or research environment, there uses for such rigs, but really only for specific, specialized uses as stated earlier.
