Hey, currently I think I have a pretty small case.
My computer was store bought, and is a Gateway DX4840.

The current GPU is my trashy, dusty old HD 5570.
I'm looking to replace it with a 650TI Boost, or a 650 TI, but the one I'm looking for, (Galaxy 650TI Boost) says its about 9.8 inches.

I'm not sure if it will fit in my case or not, and so because of that I am unsure to buy or not.
I'll be uploading photos soon, I need some help!

It almost looks like a card could slide right under the hard drive bay(If not, I would stick to cards 9.5 and under[that still gives you lots of cards that fit]), but only you can be sure. As for width, some cards are wider than others(so you have to check that sped when picking a card[most cards should still fit the case]).

Now if you want as much space as you can get, move the hard drive up into the higher bay and remove that lower bay all together.

Larger cards will need a better power supply in most cases as well. Please keep this in mind.
Your case seems to not be slim line(please confirm this).

So as long as a card is not longer than the motherboard(9.6 inches is a standard mATX board) it should fit. The galaxy 650 ti boost is 8.5 inches long.

Please ensure you have a decent power supply. Nvidia recommends at least 450 watts.

EDIT

Another thing to look at would be a card that exhausts its hot air out of the case because your case does not seem too well ventilated.

I added some photos, hope you get a better understanding of my situation.
Oh, and below my card is a wireless signal receiver, I can probably take that out when I install a new card, as I don't use wireless internet anymore.

Newegg lists the Galaxy GTX 650 ti Boost as 8.5 inches long so it should fit. and yes, the wireless card will have to be removed or just moved down one slot.

By the look of things, you have more than enough room for the card you want(the hard drive bay seems high enough to even allow longer cards). It is recommended that you at least install a rear case fan to remove the extra heat from the case and clean out the cpu fan(a can of compressed gas[air duster] should take care of it).

How long do you think a card could go?
Because, I'm constantly looking to upgrade my GPU, and some cards are up to 10", and it looks like I might have enough room in length, and in height, but I'm not sure how wide the cards would be, as it has to fit in the space I'm given in the picture.
