if my psu is too small for this spec?

my spec:
I7 4770k
maximus vi hero
ram 16gb
hydro h100i
vga gtx 780 ti
asus xonar phoebus
and my psu is seasonic 660w platinum

Not at all. At 100% full CPU and gpu load you may touch 400w, but nowhere near 660. You won't be able to sli, but you have plenty of room for overclocking, adding new drives in the future, etc.

I just wanted to match with my ups, my ups is eaton dx 1000h/700w pure sine wave,
did I need pure sinewave for not restart if the light turn off?
I don't need sli or overclocking to my cpu, because this spec is perfect for me
