Hello, I had my FX-6350 overclocked a small bit to 4.4 GHz and was having some issues in just BF4, so someone suggested to turn down the OC and test that, so I went back to all defaults in the BIOS, but now the CPU fan comes up as an error when I boot the PC, and is always spinning at what seems to be max RPM, and is very loud. I tried with CPU fan Q-control on and off, made no difference, I turned on/off Cool 'n Quiet, no helping there either. I remember I had a similar issue when I first built this PC, but now I cannot fix it. I have the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus CPU cooler, the Asus M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard, and the FX-6350 CPU. thanks for any and all help.
Update: I'm an idiot, as usual, that is my issue. The fan was connected to the CPU FAN_2 on the motherboard, so it wasn't picking up a CPU FAN (1 i guess), so the settings for the CPU fan weren't being applied. I do have another question though, while rooting around in the BIOS I noticed a few power saving featuers, such as C6 control or something like that, and C1E or something similar. Should I keep these on auto/enabled, or disable them?
